After I raised a complaint, I was contacted by the team responsible for converting detractors into promoters. After a few days, they processed a refund to Binance. However, despite my explicit request for the refund to be sent to my wallet, not to the original source, they mistakenly sent it to Binance’s hot wallet instead. The person handling my request acknowledged my instructions and said they would forward the information to the finance team, but the refund still went to the Binance hot wallet. Now, it’s taking a long time for Binance to review the transaction, and the finance team has yet to provide the information Binance requires from the sender. Meanwhile, more days continue to pass without resolution. I will edit when this gets fixed but in the meantime people need to know.

UPDATE they customer experience team contacted me and they were able to get all the information i needed to get my money from binance. Adding to that they gave a courtesy credit to my account as compensation for they time expend.

I like it. In my opinion Admirals offers a secure trading platform with clear fees and spreads. The 24/7 chat service ensures fast support, and agents like Sviatoslav and Medeya are particularly attentive. I would advice it, it is not scam at all))

They didn't pay my dividend. After opening a complaint they never told me the reason behind the issue and ask me to be "aware" in case it happens again...

How can you trust in a system that can fail at any time?

Customer support did tried their best to explain the situation and do a follow up on the issue. Hopefully that will make their platform more stable.

This broker simply steals your money! In 2 years, the account numbers have changed twice. Each time, 10,000 euros disappeared from the account. Constantly comes up with new commissions as soon as he sees that the client is making money in order to take this money away!

I had an account with all the documentation they requested (proof of Id, address, bank account where I deposit and withdraw under my exact name), with 5k EUR.

Now I deposited around 10k more, then, after accepting my money, they requested me last 3 payslips, bank statement, last tax declaration, employment contract, because they are accusing me of money laundry out of the blue and I need to prove where my money came from. If I don't submit all that they do not allow to withdraw any euro of my money!

You are not a customer, they just block your money until you loose it or they consume all of it in commissions they charge you. Not even the government tax authorities treat you like that! Of course they say they are "obligated for compliance regulations bla bla bla", but they take your money first :(. Very abusive behaviour, you are not a customer any more after you deposit some money, you are just a source of income for them that they will try to take all they can from you.

Good interface, and excellent customer support - quick and clear responses. I've been their client since the beginning of the pandemic and have never experienced any bug.

Admeral market is the best

Been trading for about a decade. Switched to Admirals in 2021. Wish I had a lot earlier. As someone who have used a few brokers (one of which trading212) through the years, I can tell you Admirals is light years ahead of the rest. I'm writing this review to help people choose the right broker and avoid the mistakes I made... because, believe me, I know, the difference is huge.

Can't log in for several days. Also receive an email that the account will be closed at the end of this month. Cause unknown and they won't tell me (live chat) or answer by mail/phone?

Al enkele dagen geen mogelijkheid om in te loggen. Krijg ook een mail dat het account eind deze maand wordt gesloten. Oorzaak onbekend ondanks alle contactkanalen te hebben gebruikt.
