I didn’t get to communicate with a practitioner. Firstly, the advertising on Google says you can receive medication in two hours. That wasn’t my experience. After filling out the medical questionnaire online, and paying, a message popped up to wait for a practitioner. It doesn’t say how long, it merely says by email or phone. I watched my phone for hours expecting someone to come on. Then I got an email stating that the prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I didn’t get to communicate with the prescribing nurse practitioner to explain that my past bladder infections have been stubborn. Therefore, she prescribed 3 days, which has left me with a continued infection. And now I can’t get any help, I’m left sick with no help from Admire. I have attempted to contact customer service for help. The first call I was told I’d receive a call in three hours, which would have been at 3pm PST. When 4pm PST came, I called back, mind you the wait time is 20-34 minutes each time (I used the call back option). The second time I reached customer service the agent hung up after stating her name (I couldn’t make out English wasn’t her first language), before I could speak. The second call I got through after 15 or so minutes, again I told the agent the problem, she put me on hold for what she said would be two minutes, and the call was disconnected at 21 minutes. They called back and I was told the only thing they could do is escalate the call and have a “doctor” review the information and that someone will email me within 25 hours. Anyone knows that you can’t take an antibiotic and just stop it while you’re still sick or the bacteria grows with a vengeance making it worse. This is ridiculous!!! It’s medically irresponsible and unethical. DO NOT USE this company unless you want to pay, get a shot in the dark temporary treatment and receive no help if you still have issues!

SCAM
SCAM! It took a long time before they got back to me. Ordered 9 pm Sun night EST and got reply denying meds at 5 pm Mon. I was already in a lot of pain. I called customer service at around 2 pm and it was a 30 min wait to get someone on the line who gave me a diff customer service # to call which wasn’t working. They won’t give you a prescription if you indicate that you have common symptoms for UTI (eg bloody urine). I had to just do telemed w CVS and got my prescription right away. I wasted $45 on Admired. What a scam!

Online medical attention
It was quick and easy and didn’t require an in office appointment. My medicine was ready the same day (and it was a Sunday!) although I picked it up Monday morning. The prescription was simply for a new urinary tract infection that I hadn’t had for several years. The first couple of doses made all the difference and my symptoms improved immediately! It was the best thing I could do! I sincerely appreciate the services you provide! If this ever happens again, I’ll use your services again!

False advertising
This company gets you on the fine print. Big bold advertisement for a 1-2 hour wait time, yet I waited 16 hours just to be denied. Now I'm out $45 here and my copay at urgent care. I don't want some generic response that you have provided to everyone else, I've already read them. You need to make your policy known. As a disabled combat veteran, you cost me a whole weeks worth of food.

Great company!!
I was feeling so bad, it was late in the evening and I couldn't see my doctor. I knew exactly that I had UTI and needed an antibiotic. I contacted Amired on-line. I filled out all my necessary forms. I was asked some questions, and the next morning my prescription was at my pharmacy. Everyone was very helpful and they stayed in contact until I was finished with my dosages. I feel so much better.
