I bought a WiFi extender

I bought a WiFi extender, after reading good reviews which lasted for about 35 days before it stopped working. When I contacted them I was informed it only had a 30 day warranty and they didn’t know how it had been used? And they couldn’t replace or refund. My previous extender which was half the price lasted four years! Please do not buy this product.

Following a review that it was the best buy I bought a wifi extender from the company. It arrived promptly but failed to extend the signal to where it was needed. On further research I found that it was using an outdated system although priced similarly to the latest netgear equipment. I wanted to send it back and get a refund. I was then offered a 50% refund which I declined and said I wanted a refund. Silence from then onwards. I would avoid this company and only use reputable review sites.

I paid over $100 for earbuds that according to a website we’re number 1 in sound quality. That site was a lie. It took over a month to receive and they are junk. Fought with them for refund. Finally said I’d get 50% back. Two months later still no partial refund

I see a lot if bad reviews here

I see a lot if bad reviews here, but I had excellent, fast deliver and very fast communications with them as I needed to speak with them after my purchase. Their product was a perfect product. Maybe use email in communicationing with them as that's what I did and they were wonderful with me. Five stars!

Reluctant optimist…

I put a 5 ***** review only because I haven’t received the two Bluetooth earbuds I ordered with “express” shipping. I have a feeling express will end up being 2-4 months. I spent $100 on these. I’m praying my experience will be the exception.

Clarication: Two sets of earbuds; not two earbuds by themselves.

Appalling company

Appalling company. I ordered two of their electrical power saver plugs. I can't say if they work or not because they sent them with UK plugs, not European, so no use in Spain (unless I buy adaptors). The website offers a choice of plug but it defaults to EU anyway and I kept a copy of the page so I know I ordered correctly. I emailed to advise them that the order was wrong and they said I could return the items but there would be a 15% charge because the packets had been opened and are therefore classed as 'no longer new'. I wrote again and explained that the items were as new, couldn't be used because of the wrong plug type supplied and there was no damage to the packaging but they are not interested.
Here is their excuse which I copy and paste for the benefit of others who may be similarly caught out:
"We charge a replacement fee, which is a sum of money that is collected by a company or business to accept the returned goods and return the money to the customer. The return is also checked, it must be in original condition. Please understand that we can not sell it as a new product after opening the packaging. Therefore, we charge a processing fee - 15% of the payment of the order."
They expect you to pay postage to return the items which were sent incorrectly and then they will take another 15% taken off your refund. Is this actually legal since I can't find anywhere that they advise you of this when you order? I think the European Sale of Goods Act might have something to say about it.

Buyer beware

Buyer beware. Wish I had looked at the reviews for this company. I bought the A3Pro wireless eR buds for my android. They do not work. I emailed them and Erika responded they want an video showing them not working. How do you make a. Ideo if the with them constantly beeping I your ear and turning off. I took screen shots the showed they donot charge fully and the low charge data after 3 hours of charging. Erika said the vendor is in out the country and they cannot replace them with out a video. I am so dissappointed. I paid through PayPal. I hope they can help me.

Clear Visor X 1 @ $30.00.

I ordered the Clear Visor @ $30.00. It was shipped - happy to see it arrive. The earpieces had to be attached. It looked like a flying machine - hard to get over my ears. Then it fell to my neck. It would take an elephant, weighing a ton to keep this piece of junk on its face. I believe the pictures of advertisements were photoshopped. What to do about this lying and criminal company. I don't appreciate losing a penny, not to mention $30.00. I pray someone will close the lying Devils down. The order went through UberTech - money from the bank was sent to Adogadgets!

A PIECE OF CHINESE TOTAL CR*P

I wish I had read the reviews before I bought! It truly is a scam. Six weeks after my money left my bank account my L11 arrived. The watch looked a good buy and initially functioned well although some of the data seemed a bit suspect. Two months down the road, the watch would reset at anytime without any selection and today it has decided to switch off completely. Reading through the Anglo Chinese gobbledygook that passes as a manual, it appears that the warranty is a myth - the last signatory page cannot possibly be completed. I was a prat (although somewhat misguided) to have bought what turned out to be a piece of Chinese crap that has a life span of two months (supported by many of the previous reviews) and that is the only guarantee you have!!

Bought e20 smart watchesAVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought e20 smart watches, both stoped working after 2 months, told no warranty when emailed them.Watch arrived within the stated time, but still it was a long wait. The blurb states that it is made in Europe and that's a lie, it's made in China and comes from China. The instructions are in terrible English (do these people have any intelligence?) AVOID AT ALL COSTS

DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!

Purchased an E20 Smartwatch.
I should have checked out Trustpilot first.
The watch arrived within the stated time, but still it was a long wait. The blurb states that it is made in Europe and that's a lie, it's made in China and comes from China. The instructions are in terrible English (do these people have any intelligence?) I suspect that the watch had been used previously because it was almost fully charged and there was no protective plastic even though that was indicated.
My main reason for purchasing was for the BP and ECG monitor. Well, I can tell you that the BP monitor is useless as it by far increased my actual BP. Also, the watch cannot be read in sunlight. If you wish to store data of a reading on the watch and it is too little the watch reads litter and not little. What is the difficulty! Also, the first day of use saw it freeze and I had to put it on charge to reset it.
So, a somewhat expensive smartwatch that I would like to return but won't be returning because their answer to my email was I had to make a video of the fault, but of course I couldn't replicate the original problem, so that was that. Anyway, If I did return they charge for the original posting out to me and, B: after reading all the negative reviews I don't trust them. In the end I sold it on eBay for £60.
Lastly, I will be avoiding all Chinese products from now on for reasons most will understand.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

It was cheap. I should have known better. Upon arrival, the screen was already starting to peel from the watch. Furthermore, despite their advertising that the device supports iPhone, it does not. None of the push functions/alerts work (I.e. email, SMS, weather, etc, etc). I complained immediately, sending photos of the defect screen. They responds that they needed videos. I responded with videos, again demanding a refund. They ignored the evidence, instead saying they would send a replacement. Why would I want a replacement that doesn’t work with my iPhone? I said “no”. They responded telling me their priority was customer satisfaction, saying they’ll send another watch and give me a 10 percent refund. Since then, I have continued to pursue my right for a refund, with the company continuing only to offer a replacement device, although now with a 20 percent offer of refund. I have told them that unless they uphold my consumer rights, I will report them to the authorities. Let’s see what happens next!

Rip off - pure & simple

Bought an E20 Smart Watch through online newspaper ad saying how wonderful and cheap these watches were. 1st mistake. Took the money right away. Had to chase it 3 weeks later. Watch arrived and the App wanted permission for "everything" on your phone or would not work. Not comfortable with that, don't want to be spied on. Ad said the co. was in EU, but in fact was in China. I asked to return and told it would cost me 20% restocking. Paid £89 for watch, later found it for $30 on another site. Total Scam.
