This was my first purchase from Adolfo Dominguez and I can honestly say never again. I purchased some items from their website and they were delivered to me at home in the UK. Unfortunately, some of the items were unsuitable and I needed to return them. I initiated a return through the company's returns portal and it was authorised on 6th February. The authorisation email told me to click on a link to schedule my pickup with DHL. The link took me to the DHL website which required me to have a way bill number or an account number. Being a consumer I have neither. I reached out to Adolfo Dominguez for help.
The only option for contacting Adolfo Dominguez is through the email address on its website or a contact enquiry form. I therefore emailed Adolfo Dominguez to ask for help and chased them again, but have heard nothing for weeks. I also tried their Instagram without success. I am at a loss for what to do.
This is a company that claims to accept returns from overseas but makes it literally impossible for customers to make a return or to contact them successfully. It is frankly deception, and it is incredible that a retailer can behave like this. I warn customers to stay away from Adolfo Dominguez unless you like to lose money or are a masochist.

Received an item which is unsuitable. As I checked out as a guest I do not have an account to complete an online return. I have tried to contact them via email several times, via their online form also but no response whatsoever. Absolutely appalling customer service. Bought a Luna Hobo Bag for around €150 in August at an Adolfo Domínguez store in Palma de Mallorca.
After light, normal use, a screw came loose from the strap attachment and the bag fell.
Faux leather started peeling very quickly at a stressed area.
Customer service refused any solution without the original receipt.
As the purchase was made abroad and I live in Germany, I no longer have it.
No repair, spare part or goodwill solution was offered.
Due to poor durability and lack of customer-oriented service, I would not recommend this brand.

They need to add to their design team, someone that actually uses the bag to see if it functions well.

I ordered sweaters from adolfo and the quality is terrible... The material feels cheap and nothing like what was advertised. I tried request a refund but havnt received any response yet. Very disappointed.

I bought Adolfo Dominguez trousers two years ago which I liked so much I almost wore them out. This year I bought some more trousers in Spain. They were nothing like the quality of the previous ones but I bought them anyway, wore them once in Spain, then brought them home to Australia. Maybe the heat made me silly. They are cut in a weird shape with unflattering curve on the thighs, there is nothing about the style or construction that is 'designer' in any way. Strange sizing - too small in my normal 38, too big in the 40. The sewing is poorly done with no seam or hem allowance, and they shrank on gentle, cold wash cycle. I can't believe I was stupid enough to pay nearly €200 for them. The 2 stars is for the lightweight pure cotton seersucker fabric. Everything else is rubbish.

Extremely unreliable service
- I ordered a dress for a wedding
- I forgot to put the discount code they give you as a welcome
- I emailed them immediately to see if they could cancel the order
- They said they couldn't but asked me to order again the dress and they would work with the delivery company to return the first order to them before it got delivered
- I tried to place the second order with the discount code, the discount code did not work. I emailed them to say this and they told me to send them the error code of the discount code.
- Once I did, they said they cannot apply discount codes to items on sale, which they already knew the dress I bought was on sale
- I asked them to not cancel the order, because anyway I can't use the discount.
- They confirmed that the order would proceed as follows
- The order was supposed to be delivered today, I got an email from them saying that they requested the order to be returned
- I needed it for a wedding, now I will not have it on time.
- They also won't refund any money until the item is in their warehouse, even though they created this mess
- All of this on the span of almost 2 weeks

Update 2: Based on your offer of expediting the order, I've reordered the dress. New order number is 600183326. As I told customer support I need to get it by Thursday as the wedding is next weekend, so I would appreciate some accountability and the shipping to be expedited. I would also appreciate a refund of the first dress ASAP as this never reached me so getting the refund ASAP would be a way for you to show goodwill, I don't understand why I need to wait until the order reaches your warehouse. Also your customer support email has not replied to me to my last email about my new order. Baffling.
Update 3: I would really appreciate an update on the expedited delivery of my new order as you mention on your response. Customer support is not responding to my emails.
Update 4: After asking me to order again to quickly dispatch it to me (as you can see on the response from the brand), they ghosted me for a few days. Now the order will arrive after the wedding. They show no accountability or apology whatsoever. Note that this was an order that I placed on June 22, which I won't get until July 16.

I bought an outfit for 300€ here at the store during my vacation. The staff was great and super attentive. For this I would give 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the fabric of my linen pants came undone after only one wash - clearly bad quality of the fabric, which also my tailor confirmed.
I proceeded to reach out to customer service and the only solution they are offering to me is to send in the pair of pants for quality checks (for several weeks) without any confirmation regarding a replacement etc. they will only make a decision on how to proceed once they have the item - so I might also get my current pair of broken pants back after a month. They are reluctant to send me a replacement and getting my broken pair of pants for quality checks.
I also bought the outfit as a set - leaving me with the top part only.
The customer service was rude, they did not even answer to my emails properly, misspelled my name sooo many times and they are not customer centric at all.
If I buy an outfit (blouse and pants) at the price tag of 300€ you need to do MUCH better! This is ridiculous.
Once and never again.

I bought a coat from my husband as a birthday gift in January and the button detached on the first wear. It was frustrating given the price of the coat but I wasn't too worried as thought it would be relatively easy to rectify it and get a replacement. Unfortunately this has not been the case and my experience has been rather unpleasant. Rather than apologising about the faulty coat, Adolfo asked me to send the coat back to them so they could 'assess the repair'. This was inconvenient as it's winter here in Europe and therefore my husband would be without a coat. I sent photos as evidence of the faulty button, but still they refused to send a new coat. I said I would send back the old coat if they could guarantee they'd send me a new one, but again they refused and provided me with labels to send the coat back so a 'decision could be made by the quality department'. After some back and forth and flat out refusal to do anything but inspect the coat, I did send it back. That was 2 weeks ago and all email correspondence are now being ignored. It's such a shame as their clothes are lovely (although their quality has diminished somewhat in recent years), but their customer service is absolutely terrible. I'm now out of pocket and have no choice but to open a dispute via American Express to try and get my money back.

I went all out for Black Friday but was left very disappointed with my purchases. The quality of products was very low and all items were delivered in bad shape (needing to be ironed, replaced, etc).
I’d also warn about purchasing products when they launch their sales. I bought various things only to be notified over and over again that the price had dropped. I went from feeling like I had got a bargain to feeling that I’d be tricked. It’s terrible business practice as far as I’m concerned. Will not be buying from them again.

Unbelievably shocking "customer service". Non existing. Shocking that this is actually going on in 2024. They do not answer emails. Called a phone number listed on their website, the international one is invalid, called the Spanish number, agents just disconnected the call twice after I tried to explain my issue in English. They do not reply on their Social Media accounts. Disgusting really. Posted an item back close to 10 days and there is no refund issued as of now. I wish i checked Trustpilot on them prior ordering. A shame!
A very dodgy company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. They provide telephone numbers that don't exist. Waybill numbers for returns that are invalid. Information that doesn't correspond to their company. Nothing reliable about this company. DON'T GET CAUGHT IN ANOTHER SCAM.
After reading all the negative reviews I took a risk and ordered anyway and felt I had to leave a positive review as my experience was nothing like the negative ones I read.
My order arrived in good time, and the dress was really nice quality - the label stated made in Portugal not china as some reviews mentioned... the dress was sadly a little small for me so I had to return it, but my refund has been processed in full within 3 days of them receiving it back. So I would 100% order with them again and would just size up!

IMPOSSIBLE TO RETURN AND GET A REFUND
I didn’t not even want to give 1*. I ordered two dresses which were not suitable. There was no returns label in the package. I have sent four emails asking for help with this and got no response. I called them, they said they would email me a returns label, but they have not. I have £200 I need to get back and it feels like they are trying to keep my money. The most frustrating experience of online shopping I have ever had. Also concerning as I still have no means of returning the items. Insanely poor customer service, especially for an expensive brand. I will absolutely never be ordering from there again
9 weeks ago I received my Parcel And send it back to Spain. They received it And send me an e-mail that they would pay me back me money 225.- euro. But I still haven’t received my money back.

This is an updated review. Originally, the return process was not straight forward but once I managed to get the parcel collected the return was very fast. Hence, my initial comment was not fair. They have very high quality products, hence I would buy from them again.
