They stole my money dont buy from them

Ordered black baggy jeans and they took a month to come in, when I got them they were like black polyester pants with none of the colouring that was promised on the website. Then I couldn’t find the pants on the website again and when I had been tracking the order I almost downloaded a virus. I’m currently reaching out for a refund but I fear they won’t get back to me.

This page is a scam, please do not buy anything here, they take your money and never send you anything, and you can send 1000 and of emails asking them for your order after months, and the only thing they answer is apologies and apologies that is, like I’m going to have my money back or solve the pro with their apologies.
Not worth it at all.

I ordered two pairs of jeans on February 16th 2026. It is now March 20th and I haven’t even received a tracking number or confirmation that the items were shipped. When I email they just keep apologizing and saying it will be another week. This company is a scam stay far away. I wish i did my research beforehand.

I ordered jeans from this store because the website advertises a “30-day satisfaction guarantee.” Unfortunately the item didn’t fit, and when I contacted customer service about a return they said I would have to ship it to an overseas warehouse in Asia at my own expense. International return shipping would cost nearly as much as the item itself. Instead of honoring a normal return, they offered me 5% and then 10% of the purchase price to keep the item. This makes the advertised return guarantee very misleading. If this is not resolved, I will be disputing the charge with my credit card provider and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission. Buyers should be cautious before ordering

I ordered their BBL Jeans suggested by IG. Wish I had looked at their reviews BEFORE purchasing. I originally ordered the jeans 2/2/26 and have yet to receive them. I sent an email and it's been two weeks and still no response. They SUCK. I do not recommend and will be reporting fraud on my CC.

If I could give zero stars I would they took my money charged me double and I have been communicating only through stupid email and now they cant cancel my order when the order hasnt even been shipped out or any of that they R TRASH

If I could give negative stars I would they were totally unprofessional. Refusing to send a shipping label to return the order. Theyre cheaply made not the correct sizing.

Order was coming from a Chinese Warehouse which I was not aware of until after ordering. I paid for priority processing and shipment protection and it’s been stuck in China for 17 days with no resolution.

If I could give it zero or negative stars I would. It is nothing, really nothing even remotely like what was advertised and took almost two months to arrive. I sent a complaint and received malware as a response. Items straight to the trash.

Please do not order from this company. The jeans look nothing like the pictures. The so-called “stretchy butt-lifting jeans” feel more like low-quality men’s thrift-store jeans. Total rip-off.

Customer service is very hard to reach, and refunds are not easy. I paid $46 and only got about $8 back. Returning the item would’ve cost the same or more than what I paid, and they do not cover return shipping.

You’re honestly better off shopping at SHEIN, Fashion Nova, or PrettyLittleThing — just not this website.

Very delayed shipping. Unresponsive customer service. Pants arrived and did not look anything like they were shown online and had a horrible smell to them. I have emailed customer service 2 times to return the jeans and still have not heard back! Very disappointed. Do not buy from this company!

Gave 1⭐️ ONLY because 0⭐️ wasn’t an option. Received 1st pair of jeans. Took awhile but eventually came. Fit was a little loose, so I ordered same pair in 1 size down. Received email with Tracking info. Says December 23, 2025 the package was in China. When I tried to email from 2 different email addresses, both times it bounced back saying my email couldn’t be delivered. There is no online customer service chat or a phone number to call. E-mail is the only way to reach out to this “company.” There’s nothing else I can do besides cross my fingers and wait for my order to arrive and leave this review.😒

AdorellaFashion advertises a return policy, but important limitations are not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. After receiving the items and finding they did not fit, I requested a return and was informed that all returns must be shipped to a warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense, which can involve significant international shipping costs.

When I raised concerns about this, I was offered a 15% refund and told this was their final offer. No prepaid return option or reasonable alternative was provided.

Requiring customers to pay high international return shipping that is not clearly explained upfront makes the return policy ineffective in practice. I would not have made this purchase had these conditions been clearly disclosed.

I’m giving one star review because there’s nothing else less to give. Lots of things went wrong with this order. First of all the product comes from China so it took almost two months to receive it, I almost forgot about my purchase. The jeans are made with such poor material, the fabric feels stiff, the colors are dull and let’s not mention how unflattering they look. When you are standing the zipper or front of the jeans bulge, when you sit down the bulge is ten times more noticeable. They advertise the jeans as low to mid rise but they were so high up, way past my belly button. The honest truth everything is wrong with this pair of jeans. Unfortunately I’ve lost my money because I doubt I’ll be able to send them back to China or get a refund from them.

BEWARE! I bought the fleece leggings for 17.95 about a month ago and yesterday I was charged again 29.99! I tried to find my order I can’t and they took my info to scam me right before Christmas 😩 I should have looked up reviews first I wouldn’t have been a victim. I changed my card information and will dispute the charge once it’s no longer pending! DONT SHOP!!!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ADORELLA!!!!!! THEY STOLE MY MONEY AND HAVE NOT SENT MY JEANS I PURCHASED AND YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF ANYONE !!!!!
