My adore me box was pretty good and I thought most things were cute. Just the quality let me down…things felt flimsy and cheap to me and I didn’t see a lot of reason to buy them. Sorry! Hopefully next time can be better

I would give 0 stars

I recently made a purchase and did a return because I do not feel the quality is there anymore. You have to pay a restocking fee as well. I returned my items a month ago and have yet to be refunded. Customer service gives me the run around every time I reach out. I've been told it takes 30 days for them to inspect and then initiate a refund. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from a company. The customer service displays a lack of care and are not helpful whatsoever. I called the last day of the "30 days" and was told again I need to wait because the inspection isn't done. We aren't selling diamonds here, complete fabrication in my opinion to hold on to your money. I will not be purchasing from here anymore.

Terrible customer service and problems with receiving my order.

I placed an order with. Shortly after placing my order, I received an email letting me know that my order would ship in 2 to 3 business days. Two days later I received a email saying that processing was going to be delayed. It’s been 3 weeks and I still do not have my product. I called customer service and they told me they can’t tell me when I will receive it. when I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that you can if you want to, but they’re gonna tell you the same thing that I did.
I asked for a refund and was told that because my order was processing I couldn’t get a refund, but when I got my item, I could send it back for a refund, which makes no sense at all.
The next day I received an email letting me know they were giving me a five dollar credit towards my next purchase.
Needless to say, I will never do business with this company again.

Total scam

Total scam. If you order they keep your cc info on file and start a recurring charge. When you select contact merchant from cc charge. The website doesnt exist. To cancel on line from their sales website, they require you sign up. Scam. Blocked charges on my card. Reported to fraud department.

Useless for big breasts

None of these bras were suitable for larger breasts. They must have been designed by men because they are pretty to look at but useless for support and comfort. Every single bra I tried on I fell out of when I bent over. That's not what any woman wants. Not only that, but they make you pay separately for the underwear and then they won't let me return the bra without the underwear , which is ridiculous , because I bought them separately , even though they are a pair. Plus they charge you for shipping free returns if you want your money back but not if you want store credit. I will never spend another dime there

I placed an order on 11/30/25 that was…

I placed an order on 11/30/25 that was supposed to to ship and be delivered by December 5-10/25. I gave it some time as the end of year usually means delayed deliveries. By 12/21/25 I had not received any of the items ordered. I sent an inquiry to have a refund issued and was refused a refund. On 12/23/25 only half of my order showed shipped and still has not been received. I have a second time now requested my money be returned due to the order not being fulfilled in a timely manner that was promised. I have been ordering from Adore Me for several years and have never faced this issue with orders, returns or refunds. This is terrible customer service on their part.

Need refund - Placed an order on 11/24/25 and had a…

Placed an order on 11/24/25 and had a promised delivery date of 12/6. As of today, 12/21/25 it still has not even been processed or shipped. I've contacted them multiple times and they keep promising to shipp in 1 to 2 buisness day and that has been a week ago, and still not shipped. This company it starting to seem like a scam.

PLEASE REFUND ME ASAP.

will I ever get my order?

placed an order on November 24th. The order is still processing and I have tried to get the order canceled but they say that they “can’t” and that I have to wait for the items to arrive. It seems like a problem everyone is facing but I was charged for these items and it doesn’t seem like I will ever get them. The customer service is poor, if not abysmal, and I am disappointed because I was truly looking forward to these products. It should not take 3+ weeks to process an order, and they shouldn’t be taking orders if they still can’t get existing ones shipped.
update: Adore me said they would give me a refund and asked for the order number after I left this review. my order number is 415786132

AdoreMe cancelled my order without telling me why and won't explain on emails

BLAMING ME BY CLAIMING "THE ADDRESS MAY BE AN ISSUE" ummm no. The building number, apartment number, city, zip code all correct...has absolutely nothing to do with that whatsoever!

So the Christmas order has been missed, the item becomes available again but why would I order it if they'll just cancel again without explanation...and no offer of compensation

Disgraceful behaviour....

Order processed as normal and funds taken from credit card and already signed up to VIP where if I don't make a purchase then I'll have to pay a substantial monthly fee

I only noticed the order was cancelled almost a week later after an email implying I cancelled the order

I've emailed their help team and CC'ed the CEO after no initial responses and she doesn't respond either

Christmas gift and they are not making an attempts to rectify the issue and looks very very very unlikely they will resolve this in time for Christmas delivery ..

Only option is an e-gift card that I can send to the recipient

Value will be discussed on emails

Don’t order from here

Don’t order from here. It’s a total scam. They take your money and then tell you how busy they are for the holidays. I still don’t have a shipping date for my product while they sit on my cash. Buyer beware! #ScamAlert #SCAMMER #scam

Really good quality material that makes you feel expensive

The website and app is easy to use and their selections are great. But once you buy the basic lingerie, everything just looks similar. They are a little on the expensive side, but the quality is notably different than a cheaper brand, and sizes are perfect!

Be careful

The order was fine, but once I made my purchase, they charged my with the VIP subscription without my consent. It’s $39 a month, and they did not tell me, they also didn’t tell me that I was even charged, I didn’t notice until I checked my account. Then, it’s incredibly difficult to get out of the subscription, it took me 45 minutes to find it on the website, because most pages re-directed trying to get me take a “few months break”. Incredibly horrible company for taking advantage of people and pulling all the tricks in the book to scam.

I Really do like Adore Me

I really Like they Stuff but it can get pricey. Adore Me does have good sales sometimes. They return policy is a little tricky. I do think they have Good quality products and I will shop their site again soon .

Beware they will go into your account without your consent even if you not a member

I have purchase some items on this website which was very nice and I really enjoy going through the website. However, when I help purchased some items a very long time ago and kept on going into my account taking my money without my consent, I was not a member. I just wanted to purchase a few items which I did but they kept on going into my account and order for them to go into your account. You have to be a member and I was not a member so I had to get my money back. Not once but a couple of times I told them I was not a member. I just wanted to purchase a few items I had to talk to a representative and let them know that I was not a member. And why do they keep on going to my account unauthorized. I did not like that concept of doing that because I was not a member and I did not authorize any money transactions to their website. I just wanted to order something so as that being said I will not ever order from here again.
