The outfits are awesome I just wish the corsets would fit I’m bigger in the middle than the top boobs tend to fit but that’s as far as I get with those but the rest seem to b ok so far

Order was severely delayed. Finally got notice that order had shipped and four days later it was "undeliverable". One day after that my 2nd shipment that I place almost a month after the delayed one was delivered. Refund for the "undeliverable" one was partially given until I emailed asking about the delayed order when I was issued a store credit foe the rest of the balance. Unfortunately that does not replace the products I can no longer purchase nor the free sets that were used on the order. Very disappointed in customer service and how I was treated as a repeat customer and an almost $300 order.

I love the bras and matching panties set. But I do not like when you have a BoGo sale. Bogo mean buy 1 set get 1 free but everytime I try it says I have to buy another pair to get 1 free. That's not a BoGo sale then and it very frustrating. I really would like if u have a peachy color for summer colors please

Some of it was the wrong size. Some of it just wasn’t my style. Then there were two bra and panties sets that I kept but after wearing the second set I have found it to be a bit too big. Maybe I need to try a size smaller

It had been 47 days since I started the process to delete my adore me account. I’ve talked to ever since agent. I’ve escalated to every single team. I’ve called. I’ve emailed. Yet no one can ever give me the same reason twice why exactly adore me is unable or frankly unwilling to delete the account. I don’t have any active orders. I’ve confirmed my identity more times than I can count. Why is it, exactly a process that has been quoted more than once as only taking 3-4 business days has taken almost 2 months? I’m beyond furious. I’m beyond frustrated. This company is truly a joke.
Once again it was only after I started posting bad reviews did the company decide that they needed to do their job. It truly goes to show exactly how little they cared about helping me.

First of all, the quality has severely gone down hill with this company. I have leggings and bras from eight years ago in great shape, yet had to throw away a pair of underwear after just one wash, plus bras are coming apart at the seams.
This infuriated me enough, but then, when I tried to leave an honest review of products, they never appear! I get an email verification and such, but my not-five-star reviews never get published. Why this drives me crazy is I have purchased products because they only have good reviews. I figure, what the hell, I’ll go e it another go. Product is sub par and I have no way to let others know!

They signed me up for the VIP membership, after just one standalone purchase, without my consent or authorization. They charged my card and were unresponsive to my emails. They are unethical and seriously shady. Don't engage with them!

This company must give the wrong size guide in order to get cheat money out of people. Their size guide is extremely way off giving smaller sizes than what’s true. When coupled with their awful return/exchange policy it’s very easy to trick new customers. Since it was my first time, I did not know I wasn’t able to exchange single items for a new size. The set I got the bottoms fit so I took the tag off, then when I went to look on how to exchange for the correct size. Their store policy is that the complete set needs to be returned with tags. So even though I’m not returning I’m exchanging a separate part, and even though I hadn’t worn the bottoms yet just took the tag off-this means I wouldn’t be able to get my moneys worth.

Probably THE worst site I've ever used regarding both exchanges and returns/refunds. Process is ridiculously long to exchange things, with a huge "processing" period after they receive the product back, and then when I returned for refund an exchanged product, they credited me ZERO dollars (due to exchange coupons registering a purchase as free) AND charged me a restocking fee. Took me forever to get any info from a phone rep and that info was suspect at best, since there's no way you as the customer can actually confirm anything through your online account. There's no way to actually trace "exchange chains" either, so you basically have to take their word for pretty much everything. Also, apparently, it took them nearly 3 months to close a "return" for an exchanged bra, between me mailing it back and getting an email confirming the return is closed. (Also, their phone rep lines have a chronic hang-up/call-drop issue, so good luck finishing a conversation to begin with.) The confirmation email I got didn't have an order number, return number, tracking number, or even stock photo of the item either, so it took about 30 minutes of arguing with the phone rep to even get them to accept that I couldn't tell them what order number it was.
Honestly, I'm waiting until I get my actual refunds credited to my card before even trying to cancel the VIP membership, because I don't want to give them any extra ammo for messing those up.

I used Adore Me to order lingerie for my honeymoon but it was a horrible experience and I did not receive the items in time for my honeymoon. I based my decision to order from Adore Me on the fact that they offered inclusive sizes and had guaranteed delivery by Valentine's Day, the day I was leaving for my honeymoon. After placing my order on Feb 2 I got a confirmation that the order had shipped on Feb 3. But on Feb 8 the tracking indicated that UPS still had not received and scanned the package. I reached out to customer service several times trying to alert them that my package had shipping issues but my concerns were dismissed every time. They told me to wait and see if it arrived by Feb 16 and I explained that that was after the guaranteed date and I would not have it for my honeymoon, but they did not attempt to help any further. The package actually did not get scanned by UPS until Feb 16 and arrived on Feb 22, after my honeymoon was over.
I returned the unopened package and just now after a month I got my refund and I see that they charged me a restocking fee of $5.95 for each piece before issuing the refund. So now I have technically paid money to have this horrible experience. Do not trust Adore Me with important pieces for special occasions, or expect their customer service to treat you with care or respond with anything other than canned impersonal messages. I will never be ordering from them again and do not recommend them to anyone else.
EDIT: after posting this review they reached out and refunded me the restocking fee. I wish their customer service was more proactive in responding to issues before they result in negative reviews.

Ordered product March 6th. I still have not received my order. Called multiple times, sent email and Facebook messages. Finally got through on March 14th and the agent confirmed my order had not yet processed but would soon. When it finally shipped I got an email where they blamed FedEx and said they turned my package over on the 12th. How is that true when it hadn’t even been packed on the 14th.
After my package supposedly shipped and then it sat there for a week, I started searching the internet to see what the story was. I stumbled into a beehive of Reddit posts of what was surprisingly a company that just shipped everything a couple weeks late. Then I started getting the form texts and emails letting me know how sorry they were and that it was the carrier's fault. Seems kind of peculiar that your company is the only one who has Nationwide shipping problems with this carrier. You don't establish the level of trust that you need to have with your customer base if you start out by lying to them. You have a great product for a reasonable price, why not just fix the shipping? One of the number crunchers should look at what it would actually cost and compare it to the damage to your brand that you're doing. You're not just creating an environment where people know that you ship slow, by pretending that it's not your fault and that you're surprised each time it happens you're actually creating distrust. That's the worst brand detractor. I won't buy from you guys again because of that specifically. I don't trust your brand.
