I’ve ordered my product over 15 days ago and anytime I have tried to email the company to see where my product is I get no response. I’m at the point of filing a claim to get my money back. This is the worst customer service ever! Don’t buy from here! Save yourself the headache

After supplying me with a counterfeit piece of merchandise, I return the article of clothing on 1/21. After not receiving any communication for month, I finally inquired regarding the status of my return. I was told my item has a distinct perfume smell and wasn't eligible for return. I find it ironic that this company never mentioned any issues with when the return was received, but only had an issues after my inquiry. I was also not aware that this a company in China and I thought it was black owned. I would highly advise not to buy from this counterfeit company.

I received my purchase after a month and a half and all my items do not fit . The size chart is not accurate and there is no way of exchanging or returning .

I wish I could give them 0 stars. It took 4 weeks longer than promised to get my order. After that long wait, the clothes were horrible. They looked nothing like the photos. The quality was terrible, fabric paper thin. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with no response regarding a refund. Buyer beware.

PLLLLSSS DONT BUY FROM THEM , The first time you order they will send your stuff on time, then they wait for u to make a bigger purchase that's when they show you who they really are. I ordered three dresses together totalling over $60 on Dec 7th it's over a month now and I hv not received my items. Scam Scam

When i say the dress i ordered took forever to come i just new it would be just as the picture they must of got off another site. Cuz this dress was horrible the seams the stitching. When i say im disappointed cuz i had plans to wear im upset. I will never order from this site again.

Let me say that I am a 41 year old entrepreneur who takes no joy in discrediting another business. However, honesty and integrity is an intricate part to good business practice and I would want someone to tell me. So, here is my experience.
I ordered a long sleeved, multi colored A line sweater dress (so I thought). The seller claimed it took 7-15 days to ship. I ordered the dress 3 weeks before my birthday and received it 16 days afterwards. When it arrived, I opened a flimsy light weight material that looked nothing like what was advertised on the sight. BUYER BEWARE... It comes from China and reminds you of some of the clothing seen in large beauty supply stores. While it was cheap, I was disheartened by how misguiding the company is. Businesses like this cater to curvy shape girls and set out to deceive its clients, they know that many people will not go through the hassle of sending things back because it’s inexpensive.
Word to the wise, don’t waste your time. Do your research. There are many sites that produce good quality pieces at reasonable prices.

I ordered a shirt, one shirt on 7 November, went on vacation came back and its still not here....now its 1 December 2019!
The ADORYME company are complete rip offs and KARMA WILL come back to you. It takes very low, undeserving of the flesh to scam hardworking people.

I ordered a shirt ONE SHIRT on October 26th my shirt still has not come and it is November 20. Worst company ever DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY found the same shirt on Amazonand already got it.

Unsure how their customer service operates as I’ve contacted their customer service 3 times with 48 hours with no response via email. It is in regards to canceling and refunding the order prior to shipping.

I received my dress on time. It fits perfectly. I was so afraid at first, especially after reading all the negative reviews. I really wanted to cancel my order. I plan to order again very soon. I love my dress and it fits perfectly.

I received my merchandise on time. I was very pleased with my items. I can see ordering from Adoryme again. So yeah, my merchandise arrived in time for my party. Thank you Adoryme I need to add that my outfit fit me great. I felt very confident in it as well. Like YASSS HONEY.

Took forever to arrive and the size was very very small. I would never recommend this site and will never order from them again.

Doesn't even deserve one star! The sizes are not accurate. I just don't feel like the hastle of a return.

Clothes is a disaster talk about trash. Actual online pics looks great but then it arrives it's cheap nylon garbage. Ordered some stuff for a trip omg waste of my money and time .... very disappointed

do not order NOTHING! This place is terrible..pics are nice actual clothing is cheap and disgusting!! Stick to Fashionova!! You have been warned!! Might I add it takes almost 2 months to get the rags!!

Beware! This is a -1 star because I couldn’t give it a zero. I ordered my birthday dress on 2/8 and received it March 4th, days after my birthday celebration. I contacted customer service several times and they stated the delay was due to China celebrating their new year. I finally got my dress today without an invoice. The cut on the dress is completely off. My breast are completely exposed and the dress is paper thin. I’m usually a medium, but order a small. The dress is hanging off of me. Thank goodness I had a back up dress from Fashionova that delivered in two days at no extra cost. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THE ADORYME SITE! THERES NOTHING TO ADORE ABOUT THIS COMPANY!

I placed my order on 2/8/19, it had been a week and I still didn’t receive a tracking number. I contacted them via email and they told me they just process my order on the 18th because they were at some festival. I honestly needed this outfit for my birthday and it’s still not here. At this point I don’t need the outfit anymore. When I told them that I wanted my money back, they said please be patient your order will be in your hands soon. Well whenever this order gets to me i will be sendingnit right back. And I will be expecting a full refund. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop at this store.
