The company arranged delivery for Tuesday 20th January then called on Monday 19th January to apologise and confirm it would be Wednesday 21st January. Later that evening I received both an email and a text to confirm delivery would be on the Tuesday.
The delivery did not arrive on Tuesday.
On Wednesday, I received a text and email to confirm delivery would be between 9.00 and 12.00. The emai lhad a link so I could track the van.
The delivery did not arrive so at 12.00, I checked the website and saw the van was in my street.
I called the driver to be told he had been at my gate but because I didn't answer he had left.
I am even now confused as to why he didn't go through the gate and chap my door or ring the doorbell.
He agreed (very reluctantly) to come back and deliver the order.
Part of the order was missing (one seat out of a corner suite).
All in this is a poorly run outfit with unprofessional staff.

What a fantastic service. They delivered our 3 piece suite to us within a week of us ordering. Our two man team led by Ben kept us fully informed of when they would be arriving. On arrival they were friendly, polite and helpful. Who could ask for more.

WHERE IS MY SOFA????
Was told my furniture would be delivered today. Had a message yesterday to state it would be between 1pm and 7pm. Today I had another message to say it would be between 3:10pm and 3:30pm. Followed their on line tracker and the time continued to fluctuate. At 6:45 the van was around a mile away. Another message received that it would be between 6:30pm and 7pm today. Just checked the tracker and it says delivery tomorrow at 3:10pm!
So, I've lost a day's money today waiting around for absolutely nothing. No courtesy call to explain why they are now not coming.
I will be chasing my £99 delivery fee and loss of income. Disgusting service. A call would have been good earlier in the day instead of keeping me hanging around all day. Do you even have my sofa on the van?

Today I had Patrick & Keith deliver our new sofas and they were very considerate. The fact that they took care to protect my carpets from the muddy outdoors was a big thumbs up from me. Much appreciated :)

Had my sofa and chair delivered by Chris and Felix on Monday and they were very polite and personable. Assembled the feet and took away all rubbish. Received a text to give me warning of their arrival - great service !! Thanks lads

Just had a new bed delivered. Chris and Hassan were great. Very friendly, professional, and helpful.

Excellent service, received a text with a delivery slot the day before and was contacted half hour before the delivery as per the text message the previous day.
