What a terrific company AdOutreach is... We joined one of their programs in August 2022, and have continued to work with them even after the program ended.
I wanted to particularly shout out to two super people who have helped, supported, and fully engaged with us along the YouTube Ad Journey!
Seth is simply a YouTube prodigy! He is a genius at what he does and he loves to help new media buyers grow and flourish by working with both the Ads and the AI tools.
Robin too has been wonderful in working with our team. One of her many strengths is that she is fully with a client, and wants to hear from them their perspective, which is so unusual in the business world today. She is highly strategic and observant and sharp in noticing what areas to optimize and improve to increase ROAS and call volumes.
We also got to meet David - Director of Client Success for the first time yesterday (May 9th) and we are very impressed with his ability to observe, notice, and pin point key issues and areas of possibility. A really useful exploratory conversation, with valuable action points for consideration and implementation. Thank you so much for all your partnership to help us get our message out into the world.

Rocket Fuel Friday was just that. Hosted by Robin and the call had almost the entire staff on it. With lots of nuggets and being able to hear and share what others in the group were doing and where they were at was absolutely invaluable.

Robin leading the entire call and the knowledge that she had added 'fuel' to the fire in my belly to help me to move forward.

With that said, I would like to say "thank you!" to everyone on the call. As Clint Eastwood (some of you are too young) used to say "make my day". Well, it certainly did.

I just finished what is called a Rocket Fuel Friday clinic with the two Dave's, Dave Anderson and Dave Leek, where I went through their Video Launch Blue Print which step by step walked me through the steps to make some great videos. Adoutreach is the real deal. A quality authentic staff that's fun to work with.

Update:
AdOutreach did pay back the deposit! But It took so long. Maybe its not the fault of AdOutReach - but the deposit was booked from my account within seconds(!) but took soooo long to get it back. That was the reason I thouhgt it was fraud.

I want to confirm that I had a nice call with a very patient agent. He took a lot of time for me. I believe him that he directly made sure that the money should be transferred back....

But why do I only give a 3-star rating?
Not because of the seller - but because of the way AdOutreach does business.
1. if the company wants to be so customer oriented, why should I make a deposit? In my perception - to put it diplomatically - this is very old school!
2. the company should implement a process that the customer gets back his deposit just in a few seconds as it was debited from the customer. Then there will be no complaints!

This whole process bothers me so much that I give only 1 star for AdOutReach and 4 stars for the seller and then, because I am nice, I round up to 3 stars.

I had the pleasure of working with Angie Whited on script writing and it was truly a pleasure. I felt that she understood the essence of what I want to communicate and delivered it in my script all within 24 hours, as promised.

I love working with AdOutreach! They are very responsive and the team is very talented and their services are just super !! A special Thank to Tony Torres and Angie Whited for a great Ad script.

I love AdOutreach. They have been so supportive on every level of my business - ads, sales, business development, copy, everything I need- and they continue to add new things to my program.

Dave Anderson, and the team at AdOutreach has given me so much guidance, direction, and has saved me from making so many mistakes I would have for sure would have made without them. Their program design is very well tailored and designed, and the - on demand teaching resources that are available is second to none. In my business, like any other business, how I communicate what I do is everything. I realized that my plan, my ways, my own wisdom and understanding, there was no way I would have been successful without the guidance I received from AdOutreach. AdOutreach educates, equips, and walks hand in hand with you, perfecting your offer, messaging, and how you appear on video, all through their program design which includes 1:1 support. I am very thankful and would highly recommend AdOutreach!

I'm a business owner and I am very frugal when it comes to advertising and when I first ran a YouTube Ad I spent $300.00 as a test to see if it would get me any new customers and I came up with a big fat zero for my time and money.

Then I started seeing ads on YouTube featuring Aleric Heck of AdOutreach and after watching one of his videos I realized right away why I didn't get any results with my YouTube Ad. I went about it all wrong, and what Aleric was saying meant a lot of sense to me so I ordered all of his products.

That was a little over a year ago, and I'm still not ready to start advertising or even start learning from the products I purchased from AdOutreach yet, as I still have 2 more years before my pension is vested in the trucking industry. I am building my business in my spare time so I will have something to do once I retire.

Anyway, I was preparing my income taxes the other day and remembered about purchasing those training products from AdOutreach and I wanted to log in to get the reciepts to continue preparing my tax return. I couldn't even find the login page, and when I sent support an email requesting the log in page and my credentials for logging in and I got no reply. I sent another email and checked the next day and still no response. I was really upset because I spent a lot of money on these training materials and I hadn't even logged in to explore my purchases yet, as I'm really not ready but I wanted to have them once I get ready to start running my business after I retire. The reason I wanted to log in is for the reciepts mainly.

So after not hearing back from Support, I started looking back through all the emails I recieved from AdOutreach over the past year and I finally found the Log in information, so I logged in and to my surprise, not only I seen all of the products I purchased but some were upgraded to the latest version at no cost.

Then the next day I recieved a phone call from AdOutreach but I couldn't take it because I was already on the phone with my supervisor, and after my call was finished I called the number back and they explained that they were getting the support emails from me but when they emailed me back the email bounced so that's why I wasn't getting a response.

I told the lady that I was able to log in but the main reason I wanted to log in was to get the reciepts for tax purposes and she said she would email me the reciepts, and when I got home from work all 5 reciepts were in my email.

I am giving this company a 5 star review because first of all if you want to learn about running YouTube Ads, Aleric is the authority on the subject.

Secondly, when a company upgrades the products you purchased over a year ago at no additional cost, that tells me that they're really interested in YOUR success and not just here to make a buck.

And last but not least, when you get a personal phone call from the company after they have no other way of contacting you about your support request that goes a long way with me.

My problems were all solved and if I could give them 6 stars I definitely would.

Angie was fantastic to work with. Great Energy and highly qualified for copywriting/marketing!

The only value is the amazing experience of Angie and dispensing these gems so we can implement with realism.

I think their commitment to seeing their clients succeed is sorely lacking. I gave 1 star as they did not offer any form of refund or remedy.

Their focus is on selling their programs, which are very overpriced. I invested $30K and did not get anywhere near the value expected.

Aleric is all hype and his focus needs to shift to the clients versus bragging about his accolades.
