i’m genuinely impressed with the quality fragrances themselves, for the price: the longevity on skin is spectacular, on clothes? even more so.

i was also so glad when i saw the company offers a sample service because i was able to test 15 scents and despite a few of them being a miss (due to personal taste only) i didn't feel ripped off or bummed out at all because you can tell it's a product made with care down to the sample bottles themselves. i’m so sick of plastic packaging everywhere so i was truly happy receiving samples in sturdy glass bottles.

however, because it is glass, it also means it is a bit more fragile and this is the only reason i’m removing a star because i think how the orders are packed can be improved on. unfortunately, a bottle came broken but i didn't want to make a fuss about it because the rest truly exceeded my expectations. i kept the box with the spilled perfume and use it as a sort of diy scent diffuser haha because that's how good their fragrances are! despite being unable to test the fragrance that came broken? i will still order a full size because it smells heavenly and there's no denying you're paying for a quality product.

overall: i am really happy with my purchase, i will definitely order again, shipping was fast, i mean really, this company is a gem! so i really hope they improve on the way they pack their orders because such a quality product definitely deserves to be packed preciously.

Disappointing experience despite high expectations.
I had high hopes, but several aspects left me disappointed: customer service was slow and lacked courtesy, the products were overly oily (leaving stains on clothing), and unfortunately, none of the three fragrances came close to the originals. Longevity was also an issue — after just 30 minutes, all that remained was a greasy film on the skin, with no noticeable scent. A shame, as the concept seemed very promising.

Never, never buy anything here. Save your money and nerves. I placed an order and waited to receive a tracking number, after a week I wrote to the support team and asked them to send me a tracking number. I was ignored, no one answered me. A week later I wrote another email and got insults in return. I was insulted by the support team, this is the first time I have encountered this! This is very unprofessional! And it's horrible! I never received my order! Red flag! DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE!
