Altogether a good experience
Slight problem with earrings arriving without one of the back butterflies. However, a quick call and a lovely apologetic lady called Angie sent a replacement out that day. So altogether I am very happy with the way it was rectified and believe it to be a genuine one-off mistake as the backs were miniscule.

I ordered two items,a silver bracelet…
I ordered two items,a silver bracelet and pearl necklace.Unfortunately the pearl necklace contained several damaged pearls and the bracelet was of a disappointing quality.
I have phoned the shop twice and also emailed regarding a possible exchange but have not received any response.
I have therefore had to return both items at a cost of £9.
I have purchased from this jewellers before and received excellent service so this is particularly disappointing.

Your email to store was a follow up to the telephone conversation confirming that you would be returning your purchase, we apologise if you were awaiting a response to this email.
We can confirm that we have recieved your return to store today, regarding the Thomas Sabo pearls we noticed a small area of residue from the price label that has been attached to the product which should have been removed prior to despatch, as these pearls are freshwater they are not uniform in size or shape and each one will vary slightly. The silver bracelet return was returned as you thought it was lighter than expected which is unfortunate. We apologise for any inconvenience caused, please note that your refund has been actioned for you.
