To whom this may concern,
With reference to the above which I have been given for Valentine's Day. On removing one of the earrings from the piece of card, it just snapped apart. I feel compelled to say that I am very disappointed in how flimsy they are.
I am aware that in normal circumstances earrings cannot be returned but I am hoping in this instance, especially as they never made it to my ear lobe, that you will be able to refund my money.
