The quality of the products that they sell does not match the advertised article. The dress that was purchased was of a extremely poor quality in both material and finish. Their refund policy is a fraud. You pay to ship the dress to some obscure region in central China where it sits unclaimed, only to be returned to you months later, with the reason being " unclaimed". I am reporting this mob to Consumer Protection as scammers.

I wish I’d found these reviews. Same as everyone else- thought it was Australian, checked the return policy which I now realised is non existent, very poor quality, tried to convince to keep with small refund but when I insisted on sending back (at a cost of $45 as is international) it was to an incredibly random address (up back stairs etc) and hasn’t been received which I now need to chase up with aus post. Have no idea where package is now. So disappointed. Do not order from this company!!

BIGGEST SCAM!!
Bought an outfit and it looked nothing like the photo. Terrible quality. I emailed them to return and they tried to convince me to have a store credit and when I insisted on a refund after several emails she gave me some random address in China. Parcel came back to me after 5 months and no refund!!

Terrible thought it was Australian but shipped from China and sizing was terrible couldn’t wear either product. Sent back to China in December 2024 then parcel sent back to me arriving May 2025 with no explanation and no refund !!!

Like the other 75 reviews, I was scammed. Bought an Innova dress online. Initially received no acknowledgement/order number, but knew payment had gone through. Upon enquiring, was provided an ‘order number’. Shipment arrived 3 weeks later & quality of dress was woeful. Thin & a very plastic Luke material. When I requested a refund, they initially linked me to a returns policy on a site that did not exist. When I enquired if a shipping address to understand shipping costs, I was asked to take a photo of the size label. That’s when I realised the dress had NO labels - no size, fabric care, manufacturer etc. They have since stopped replying. I tried to get a refund from PayPal, with no luck as the 30 day window had exceeded. Wish I had looked into it before purchasing.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ADRINA AUSTRALIA. When my purchase finally came, dress was extremely poor quality, I then had to argue with them to send it back. Went through the WHOLE process, spent an additional $25 sending it back directly to some made up address in CHINA - they are claiming to be an Australian company! I even got an international transaction fee for the purchase.

AFTER 4 MONTHS I LODGED A COMPLAINT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD - THEY DID A CHARGE BACK AND I GOT A FULL REFUND.

Ditto with all 75 reviews below - so ashamed I have been scammed.
Items arrived but poor quality and then get ghosted when they won't refund your money.
Also notice they operate under many different online NAMES.
Everyone needs to contact the Department of Fair Trading and put in a complaint to stop this scamming company.
Did anyone eventually get a refund?

Ordered Black white jumper size XXL it is so small would fit 12 at best it is not as nice as pictures but l would have another one but definitely not worth the price l need to send back but have no advice of what to do l am 80 yr old what do l do please Can l just return for a credit

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star review if I had the option. the quality of the dresses was appalling. I've returned two and have not heard a peep from them since, what a waste of money, spare yourself the angst and save your hard earned money. Don't buy from this site. I definitely should have done my research first. I thought it was Australian - ha what a joke, somewhere in Beijing China.

The dress I received has a bad fault in the sewing. The company wouldn’t refund it unless I sent it back at my expense. They supply faulty products and take no responsibility, claiming it’s the “correct dress” I received, even though I have sent them evidence of the sewing!

Absolute scam. Dresses were literally made of plastic and nothing like those shown in the photos. Refunds are ridiculously difficult to get back. Forget it.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid postage to return items to the return address in China and have been completely ghosted! I’m out of pocket the money I paid for the items and now the considerable postage costs!

It's a Scam.. wish I had researched better.. an $80 dress wasnt even worth $5.. its like its sent direct from temu or shein.. poor quality. have not received credit. no communication

SCAM ALERT !! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK ! Bought 2 dresses last December, both came in wrong sizing. I shipped them back to China 2 months ago at my own cost. I'm still waiting for my refund of $150. It's been a cat and mouse game. Shame on you Adrina !!

Scam this company should not be aloud to advertise there product on Facebook or any where else I have been trying to get my money back even after I had sent the items back at my own cost for them to be returned after they wouldn’t except them back

Not a legitimate company. Terrible quality. Pictures on website taken from legitimate websites. Have been trying to get a refund since October. Dresses that were retuned have been in China since Nov and have just arrived back on my doorstep annd no response from ‘customer service’ anymore.

This site is a SCAM! Poorest copies of the worst quality I have come across!
Bought a dress $80.00 (unbeknown of the quality)
Sizing is completely wrong XL but wouldn’t fit even a small!
Very disappointed won’t give my money back instead offering another of their CHEAP CRAP!!!😡😡😡😡
