Unused esim expired without expiration date

Bought it in feb, want to use 3.5 month later and they said it is expired event though no expiration date was mentioned when purchase. It is mentioned when purchased : “The eSIM validity will start upon its installation”. But i never installed it. Contact customer service, only offer a 50% off if repurchase but not reactivate the esim.

I usually bought esim from airalo and other websites. Esim is not expired unless I activate the plan, Even months after. Better use them for better experience.
