I had an issue with a adsterra network

I had an issue with a adsterra network, and when I reached out for support, a guy named Jeff responded. I explained that I needed help with fixing the CPM for advertisers. Instead of addressing my concern, he kept asking for irrelevant details like the website visitors’ country, device, browser, OS, and ad formats. After all that back-and-forth, he finally told me that I wasn’t eligible for a higher CPM because of low traffic, even though I was getting at least 500-1k impressions per day.

Despite multiple messages, Jeff kept insisting that I needed "tier 1 traffic," which was ridiculous since I had already made it clear that my traffic is mainly from India, Bangladesh, and Pakistan. I repeatedly told him that my CPM was stuck at 0.1, which is extremely low considering all the hard work I’ve put in. It's frustrating because, instead of solving my issue, they wasted my time, and Jeff, the support manager, only added to my disappointment.

However our support has given you those tips on how to increse your CPM, as you have mentioned above that you are sending traffic mainly from Tier 3 countries and by additing Tier 1 traffic would help you increase your CPM. Therefore, if your goal is to increase CPM from those GEO (that you mentioned above), then you would have to send more traffic volumes from them. But don’t forget to follow the terms and conditions while increasing traffic volumes.

FYI: Adsterra does not pay for clicks; we pay for ad impressions and further actions taken by the users such as downloads, subscriptions, email entries, etc. Depending on the advertisers conditions, the payment is either for impressions (CPM) or actions (CPA).

They banned my Advertiser account with…

They banned my Advertiser account with $400, without refunds, they claim they warned me multiple times meanwhile they didn't warn me at all. I appealed, the support said they'll send to policy team and see what they can do. Up until now nothing has been done, hard earned $400 lost to thin air. Adsterra network are both racists and evil. They treat you according to how much you spend daily on ads, plus from your GEO they treat you better. They work with impunity, like it's some one-man business. I wish i could share all the screenshots from our communication, they take pleasure in enjoying and watching you beg for reinstatement yet they won't. Racists.

Whenever a person joins Adsterra publisher network, they ask them to give a good review on Trustpilot and when they get the review, they block the account and also don't return the earned amount

Their advertising has gone rogue…

They deactivated my advertising account because I didn't increase my bids. They kept giving me some funny reasons why I have to increase my bid before getting a single visit even though that same bid got over 7 million visitors until one faithful midnight. I mentioned taking screenshots of the chat to share with others, 2hrs later, they disabled my account permanently. Stay woke, they appear genuine until they're not.

Edit after they replied:

Two weeks before their reply here, they asked for my account details through Trustpilot. I provided my advertiser account ID. 2 weeks later, here they are pretending they don't know my account. I leave you to judge.

Notice how their reply says I should include screenshots of the chats even though my post clearly states that my account was disabled after I mentioned taking screenshots? 😂Funny how they don't seem to be too smart after all. I'm glad they've displayed their mischief here for all to see.
