The contents of the package however, it was not the clean insides I would expect from a sextoy.
Some miscellaneus pieces of dirt inside the leathercase which the toy was kept in. It should be free from dirt.

The issue of the warranty has not been reaolved and now no one wants to deal with a fault. Very disappointing.
There was initially an issue regarding the warranty, with Adult Smart telling me it was covered by a company that knew nothing about it but this was eventualky corrected and everything seems ok now. Parcel delivered to the UK in only 4 days, pretty impressive.

Thank you for high quality products that were easy to choose thanks to clear descriptions. Delivery was within expected timeframes and used my usual delivery man (Australia Post) and were in discreet packaging. He could have been delivering shoes. While shoes are pleasing, these products were more so ;). No weird messages etc so security worries of a newbie were unfounded too.
