EDIT: added on Dec 26 2016....after purchasing more items in December, and our most recent product was the Big Boss G5, again Anna and her staff were wonderful, item arrived next day (2 weeks before xmas) and we love the product.

Hi everyone, first time using Adultsmart to buy Sex Toys, and wish we had found them years ago, we dealt with other online sex stores, some were good, others not so good, but Adultsmart just made the others look like amateurs, and my relationship with Anna and the team at Adultsmart has been wonderful.

We recently bought a Mischief Inflatable strapless strapon, and a JeJoue Nuo Anal Plug from Adultsmart, and from the moment i placed my orders (2 weeks apart) everything went like clockwork, i got my items within 5 days, all tracked thru Aus Post along the way, and during both sales, i was able to call Anna (the best sales co-ordinator on the planet) to ask her questions about other sex toys that we are keen to purchase, if she was not available, she would call me back, or shoot me an email as soon as she was able to.

The thing i like about Adultsmart is their wonderful customer service, after 5 minutes using our new Mischief toy, the solid plastic section at the base of the shaft snapped in half, so i called Anna, i emailed some photos of it to her, and by the next day, i was offered a brand new Mischief, and since receiving it early last week, and used it several times, we are please to report this one has been perfect, no breakage, so i believe the first one had a manufacturing fault in the plastic.
My JeJoue Nuo remote/app controlled vibrating prostate toy has been a gem, and so far very happy with this toy as well.

We have a policy of not buying cheap junky sex toys because we know that most of them simply don't work, and they are very poorly made, so we only try to invest in the more expensive, top of the line sex toys because we know those ones are going to work properly, and be of very high build quality, and we thoroughly research all sex toys before buying them, and i suggest that everyone out there who intends on buying sex toys to research thoroughly, and leave the cheap rubbish alone.

I read many of the reviews in this website for Adultsmart, and i was very surprised with the attitude of some people towards this store, and some appearing to blame Adultsmart for their poor choice of product purchase, or for their poor customer service, but to me it would appear that some people may need to learn how to select quality sex toys, and learn how to deal with, and communicate with these online stores properly, and i think that a lot of people need to think more seriously about some of the sex toys that they buy, because many of them are junk, and if you want to buy cheap sex toys, they simply won't work, and will always be of very poor quality, and no sex shop should ever be held responsible for anyone buying cheap junk.

Thanks to Anna and everyone at Adultsmart, we will be buying more quality toys soon, just need to decide which ones :)

The product was easy to find and no trouble to buy. I am satisfied with it.
My only problem was that I gave an email address when I bought it but a response was sent to the email address that I have registered with PayPal. This caused me some grief when my wife saw the email from Adult Smart!!

Item failed to function out of box. Contacted seller and spent several days following instructions (links to Youtube videos for different models). Agent accepted return. Confirmed not working. Informed that the colour I had ordered was unavailable and another colour offered. Declined, asked when original colour would be available. No reply. Followed up email. No reply. Followed up live chat. Item no longer stocked, unable to provide original colour, would I like to pay another $20 for the new model? Requested refund. Refunded.

Subsequent contact from management has impressed me. They seem genuinely concerned with trying to prevent this sort of problem from happening, again. I received an apology which is sadly all to rare in these situations. No request was made to alter my review, but in light of the conversation and interaction I am adding this addendum and an extra star to my review.

Prompt delivery with regular email updates.

Not a hassle, the products came within the week. Possibly some of the products could do with more information however.
