We are very sorry to hear you didn’t receive your item that you ordered. Upon investigation, we can see that your postal service attempted to deliver your item to your address and there was no response. They therefore stated they left a card for you to collect your item and the postal office. They then returned it back to us as no one collected the item.

We have refunded the full amount of your order and as a gesture of goodwill we have sent you a 15% off your next order.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I paid $120 for my item I never got it they have blocked me because I challenge them with the truth and they lied to me and then block me

Hi.

We can see your order was Sunday 26th February 2023, we state on our website that there is a 2 working day processing time. However, we dispatched your item on the 27th February 2023. You received the tracking number via email on the 27th February 2023. Our website states that shipping to countries outside Europe can take up to 7 to 10 working days. It’s only been 6 working days thus far. The U.K. mail system was hit by a cyber attack in January and are still experiencing delays. We have updated our website with ongoing notices from Royal Mail every day since. But I can assure you, your items were sent the very next day after order.

My item has been lost Because of the cyber attack the Royal mail I was told to wait for 25 days and they will put a claim in I contacted them 27 days left them an email Never got back to me Yeah very poor customer service seems like they take your money and don't care about their customer's at ALL
. Update now they tell me they have lodged a complaint to Royal mai'll for a refund but being a customer I have to wait for that NOW HOW LONG IS THIS GONG TO BE NOW Another 25 days plus why can't why can't they just pay me my refund and they wait to get their money back this is why I've left a review very bad customer service When this has happened before too me the company has gave me a refund and they wait to get the money back TOO treat a customer well That's the way to do business
They are happy for their customers to be out of pocket while they can't give you a refund and thay dont wont be out off pocket them self????????
Update now they have blocked me from the site The truth hurts... Beware BEWARE

We simply do not have any control over cyber attacks against the British Postal System. We have updated our website daily with information regarding the postal system since we were notified about parcel delays.

We filed a claim against Royal Mail on your behalf and replied to you explaining that we would update you regarding this, which we did.

We can only apologise once again on behalf of Royal Mail for the inconveniences caused to you.

Thank you for your constructive feedback. We really do feel your frustrations with the disruptions to the U.K. postal system and although it’s way beyond our control, we have vented your frustrations and concerns directly to Royal Mail, where along with Adults Play, sincerely apologise for the disruption caused to your order.
As a result of this, we have revised our internal policies regarding disruptions and refunds and have implemented a more transparent policy that will put our customers first.
We have ultimately issued refunds for shipping costs for all orders that have been affected by the delays.

In regards to blocking you from our website, it is in fact Australia as a whole that has been temporarily blocked from purchasing from Adults Play, as this is where we are experiencing the longest delays and wouldn’t want to cause further distress to customers residing in Australia.

We hope you received your refund as requested and accept our apology for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the delayed delivery, please accept the item as a small token of our gratitude for shopping with Adults Play without the need to return the item.
