Wrong item sent - rectified courteously within 24 hrs
The incorrect item was sent due to a mixup in the catalogue photo. My complaint was courteously dealt with within 24 hours to my total satisfaction. I will shop here again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, however we are unsure where we have let you down?
I had a look at your order history and can see the order was placed at 8am on 12/11 and you selected standard postage delivery to WA, this was packed and collected by Auspost that same day.
The item is still in transit and looking at the tracking number Auspost is showing an on-time delivery expected either the 18th (today) or 19th.
I think perhaps this review should be for Australia Post?
