The return policy is ridiculous
The return policy is ridiculous, effectively they have no return policy. Given the variety of shoes in this era no one knows which size will fit, a 10 in one brand may fit perfectly on one purchase, but buy the same item a second time and it varies. This outfit's policy is too bad, so sad... I would suggest that no one purchase anything that is size related from this horrible vendor, I will never make the mistake of doing business with them again.

I do want to clear up one important point: whenever a shoe doesn't fir, we always work directly with the customer to find a reasonable, workable solution. You're never expected to just "live with" a bad fit. We take these cases seriously, and our team normally handles sizing issues quickly so that the customer gets something they can actually wear and enjoy.

I truly regret ordering from Duvet Affair. The products look nothing like what’s shown online. The bedding I received was cheaply made, defectuous, and of shockingly poor quality. The fabric feels rough, the seams are badly finished, and nothing about it says “premium.”
I ordered because i read positive reviews which were most likely fake and written by them.
Customer service is another nightmare: evasive, unhelpful, and completely dishonest. They refuse to process refunds even when you report a problem immediately. They’ll promise to “look into it” and then stop replying altogether. Shipping also takes ages. It three weeks for mine to arrive, and when it finally did, it was a disappointment.
This website is not trustworthy at all. Between the poor-quality merchandise, endless delays, and nonexistent after-sales support, I would strongly advise everyone to stay far away from Duvet Affair.

Aduvet Affair is a total scam. Fake products, terrible quality, and completely unethical behavior. Customer service is almost non-existent — you only get robotic like answers. Refunds are impossible. Don’t waste your money here.
