They have decided they will not be fulfilling anymore orders from Kickstarter but they’ll look in the future to figuring something out for people who didn’t get something. Also they won’t refund you either. This is probably because it’s already spent even though you didn’t get anything. Call your CC company and also report them to Kickstarter and indiegogo for scam.
Adv3nture hoodie sounds like a wonderful idea that draws clients in and requires full payment in advance- sounds fine so far. However, I have been waiting over 12 months now for my product to arrive and have only just received an email stating that they no longer know if the products that I ordered will ever be manufactured. When I asked for a full refund as they can no longer guarantee the supply of what I ordered, they refused and asked if I wanted another product, negating my request for the refund of my money. Be careful of purchasing from this company as there is definitely No Aftersales Customer Service being offered here. Seems as though they are happy to take your money, and never to return it, even without providing the product they promised.
