had me on hold for 30min. I hung up & real called & was again on hold for another 30 min. If my call was important you failed immensely
I resorted to driving 15 min
to the local office to get a loan.

I go the Advance America office on Duval Station in Jacksonville Florida. The representatives Dawn and David are excellent representatives of the company; they are welcoming very professional and knowledgeable of the companys protocol . They do an excellent job in making their customers comfortable with what ever their financial needs are within the guidelines and explain everything. As a customer I rather go into the store than on line just to see their warm faces and know I'm getting excellent service.
