My experience with john was great at 28th street. He was more than helpful and got me approved for a loan. I recommend coming into 28th street they will definitely help you out the best way they can. 5 stars!

Poor custoner service
Poor custoner service. I was approved for a $5000 Liam. He then asked for my login info. I asked for his supervisor. He refused. This is not good@ i want a reply from Advance America. licatuon is so carolinadavel i gave him bank routing # and my acct #. Why is he accusing me of Fraud? I am very upset!

I went into the office after trying to do the application online after having difficulty Ms. Ashleigh , at the office on West Main in Tupelo, was friendly and assisted me with a smile on her face throughout the entire process.. she displayed great customer service.
