The staff was very helpful the only thing I had a problem with is the amount of money that you gave me the last time I shop with y’all I was allowed to get the max amount well nothing has changed on my credit so I didn’t understand why the decrease in the money but the staff was very helpful and very friendly and I enjoyed them very much just the financial part I did not understand have a nice day thank you

The process is very time consuming
The process is very time consuming. No place to sit during process. Took about 45 minutes after on my legs all night and having to wait 2 1/2 hours for them to open. ((They were the referral from my previous lender)You're at a counter trying to write on a screen with your finger because stylus is inadequate. I miss my previous lender. The process was ssllloooowwww. But the people were polite
