One person working and you don't give a crap because you have asked before and nothing was done.You must think we are dumb. At least I know the definition of customer service. Look it up.

Everytime I go into this office I am greeted by very friendly and helpful people. They are all willing to talk and answer questions. I have been going here on and off for 3 years. I cannot say enough about it.

I Just want you to know that all 4 of your employees in Apple Valley California are very friendly and professional. They always call me and remind me when my due date is getting close. There is other loan and advance places closer to my house but i still believe in customer service and believe I should be treated respectfully not just another number and your employees treat me very well Always a smile on their faces and seem happy to be working there and I can even get a good laugh out of them that shows me they are not robotic and have good personalities, they call me by name and make me comfortable and it is in a safe location. So please take care of your employees because they really take care of you, They work hard and really are representing your company in a positive way and are the reflection of your company that every business works so hard to get! They just really make it work, all the girls get along good and seem to work as a team and the place is always nice and clean. I really get a good vibe every time I go In!
