Julie is the best employee in the Advance America organization. Don't hesitate to call and ask for her directly in Baraboo, Wisconsin
Julie, the store manager, is a phenomenal employee for this financial institution. Taking out a payday loan is hard for most, including me. I fell it's indicative of a last resort. But, when first meeting, or with continued communication, Julie really brings a source of positive energy, making the possibility of anxiousness to some, I'm sure, and to me, as I said, to a standstill. Seriously! She makes the process easy, and brings forth a sense of levity we all could benefit from. I've actually returned only to Advance America, during stressful times of need, because of the relationship I feel I've developed with Julie: One of laughter; and empathy. I hope Advance America recognizes what an efficient, positive, and understanding soul they have working for them!!! I would rather, to be perfectly clear, work with Julie on my sometimes lack of funds in life, then the 1-800 #. Not to be a Debbie Downer, but I just called today, on accident, to ask about refinancing, and the individual portrayed herself with a terrible disposition. I felt like I was an ant being stomped, quickly saying I'd call my local store, and swiftly hanging up. I don't like that one bit. I am a great customer, pay on the due date consistently, and keep coming back, as I mentioned, partially because of need, and searching out for a sense of fruition only because of Julie. Finally, I'd like to give a warm, and grateful thank you to Julie for having my back, making things manageable, and giving me the respect I deserve. Have a continued successful and keep that contagious laughter coming. We could all use a Julie and I have mine. Good day!

Julie was great .I couldn't get better service from a person give her a raise.the company would get more stars but you charge way to much interest.that is a shame . you could help a lot of people if you lowered it even some .but that being said .I was treated very well and my needs were met with enthusiasm by julie.she is a credit to your company
