Thank God for the Local Bartlesville office because the On line application was horrible experience
I called the on-line phone number. I spoke with a lady who had no clue what she was doing. In fact she startled me when she answered my question about using the QR code. She told me she had no idea what I was talking about and apologized and said I had been scammed. 😳. I called the local office in Bartlesville and they assured me i was not scammed. I proceeded to use the online application with great difficulty. I uploaded everything they asked for. But still showed I needed to upload more. I finally got frustrated and called the local office again. They looked at my application and said all should be good. To still no progress I wanted to cancel. After being told I couldn’t by the online rep and that I had to wait til Monday and it would automatically cancel (and I spoke to 2 different people and they spoke to their supervisors.) I finally called the local office, yet, again!! I believe her name was Retha, she was amazing and gave me another number to call. They cancelled with no problem. I went in to the local office and it took like 5 min to complete and be approved!! Retha was amazing!!!
