Great store and a very nice employee at the store

The people in the store are fantastic. But, the online system is hit and miss. I can always pay online. That's cool. But, it's 50/50 whether I can re-apply online. Sometimes yes, sometimes no. That's frustrating.

I went into the payment plan just before Christmas and I thought everything was good and then they sent my check threw? I had two loans. when I went in to talk with them she stated she signed someone else. Told me they would fix it waiting for the check to come back. Well my bank paid the $676.and some change. So they called me and said that my loan was paid and I said I don't have the money to cover my bank. I have two loans one in a payment plan the other is not my check was not enough to cover all that was coming out from my account insurance was coming out and mortgage soon after. They did not care just as long as they have their money. Call district manager and no help. So Merry Christmas to me and my family. Have no presents or even dinner. Thank you Advance America for your Help. NO CHRISTMAS. Sincerely hope that No one else has this happen to them. Trevor Harley Battle Creek Michigan

Payday loan process was quick and easy. Sarah helped to explain everything so that it was easy to understand and she was very polite and professional.
