I recommend store over online
Online chat and help was very lacking. Gave up and went to store, and experienced excellent customer service, walked out with money deposited to my account.
Online, it had been over a week with different answers to same question. Thankfully, the store was fantastic, and had my loan the same day, within 30 minutes.
