This location is always on time, and great customer service. The staff gets me in and out in a timely fashion.

The ladies are always very pleasant and always willing to help you whenever you need it. I will for sure be visiting this establishment in the future.

Advance Anerica is a great place to do business. I've been with them for several years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Cheri and April are always so caring and very helpful. I go to the Advance America in Brownstown and wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Great service, friendly people.

We have taken 2 loans and with difficult situations that have come about, we have had to pay back and reloan each time. Although we would have liked them paid off sooner, the staff in Southgate have been excellent. Tony has been wonderful. No matter the day, they always provide excellent service and explain each process! The only thing we would have negative to say is the fee amount, although I guess that comes with a quick loan.
