Concerned
I wasn't able to go in and pay my check loan off one the 3rd. My wife had to do it for me. The second she made it to the counter and gave her my name the very first thing out of her mouth was OMG what wrong did something happen to Lenny? Now that made me feel special. I have Friends that wouldn't ask. Way to go cadillac michigan branch!!!!

the lost art of customer service
your customer service was top something special, in a day and age when there is no such thing anymore. everything was explained in detail all my questions answered and as a first time customer i was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
