How could you take advantage of the people in need. 300% charge ? That is outrageous!

When I walked into the store I was greeted with a Smile and her name is Darlene. She really helped ease the process she was very patient with me when I didn’t understand too clearly,very very smooth process of getting extra money I needed.by the time I left it actually felt like I borrowed money from my best friend.i only been out here in Canyon Country for 2years coming from L.A. I don’t know a lot of people out here so I’m still learning the Lay of the land. Darlene really has a good Spirit, and warm and good with people.she is a plus to your Team. I’m glad i stepped in your store.and became a client.

I find employees and work at the facility very professional very thorough very polite .
Very helpful and they don’t look down on you . I appreciate that and I’m pretty sure everyone feel the same way that I feel .

I feel it is not professional for the stores to close for lunch, especially for an hour. All stores should have two employees so lunch is covered.
Also, there is a blatant waste of energy with all the ceiling lights on and a table lamp burning in the front of the room that does nothing but waste money.

The costumer service girls in canyon country office always very personable, helpful , they get you in and out they know they’re stuff, penny is the person I do business with she’s fantastic ,
