I went yesterday to renew my loan and …
I went yesterday to renew my loan and my experience did not go well. I find this place and the manager to be very unprofessional. They literally change their " protocol" every time I go there. Also I called during my lunch break last week and the manager answered and informed me that she could not assist me because she and everyone else in the office were on " break". In my whole life I have never worked at a place or called a place that EVERYONE was on " break" at the same time. I actually had to call another location for help. I do not find this company to be helpful to the customer and feel they only look out for themselves. I have to travel over an hour to get a loan from you facilities and I will not be coming back. I feel that I am a good customer as all my loans are in good standing and always paid. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
