The customer service represent was extremely rude. The rep that was actually assisting me was very sweet and it seemed as though she was being trained. My experience with her was excellent and I'm truly hoping she was training to replace the middle aged dark frizzy haired lady with glasses. This happened on Saturday after 4:30pm. The other employees have always been so helpful and sweet. Ive been using this service for years with Advance Cash America and I'd like to continue to in the future but not if I'm going to be belittled or degraded by their minimum wage reps.
