What a joke
After being a customer for over 5 years I was told “the system would not approve me for a payday loan so your only option now is our line of credit”. This in turn makes me pay over double the original fee for the same amount of money. I will be getting that money from a different agency to pay off my line of credit and will no longer do business with Advance America. Also there was an issue with my due date which the employee took out my job information and left my other forms of income. This in turn made my line of credit offered to go up. That makes absolutely no sense. Showing less income entitled me to more money?!? Obviously there is no concern for people being able to pay back the loan within their means yet again another reason I will no longer do business with your company any longer!

There were 2 ladies working on 9/16 in Clarksville and they were so patient so understanding to my financial needs. I was stressed about doing this and they reassured me that it was gonna be ok!!! Great Service goes a long way!!! And I also left with my favorite lolipop flavor for being a new customer..lol
