I’ve used them as a payday loan and had no issues. I was looking for a debt consolidation loan. Everything seemed normal at first . Then they got access to my bank account and suddenly I was blocked out new external accounts added. There were red flags and unbeknownst to them I was talking to USAA security while talking to them. I had to freeze my credit, get all new cards, change all of my access.. a real mess!8

The ladies that helped me were very kind and patient. While I looked through papers, trying to find the documents I needed. Most of all, I'm so thankful for them still assisting me and it was less than 15 minutes before closing.
