The whole process just made me feel very dirty like I was some type of criminal. I was pretty much out if I didn’t have all three references or if the Representative couldn’t contact them right on the spot I was basically out on the loan. Other issues and just not a good experience.

The customer service at the Naamans Road location was very rude. I was treated with much disrespect. This was not the first time I utilized Advance America, and I am very familiar with their requirements for taking out a loan. So I brought in my most recent pay stub and my most recent bank statement. However, the representative argued that my bank statement was not "... dated within 35 days..." of the loan request date. Therefore, to obtain the loan, she wanted me to pull up my bank account on my cell phone so that she could see recent transactions.
So, please help me understand: if I am requesting a loan on 9/25/17 and my most recent bank statement is up until 8/24/17 - is not 8/24 within 35 days of 9/25? Advance America - you should make sure that your representative can count up to 35!
I NEVER use my cell phone Wifi to do my banking - I only use my home PC for the most secure connections. However, because I was in need of the loan, I was constrained to do so (use my cell).
