I frequent two Advance America Offices in my area. I receive excellent service at both. The ladies are always pleasant, courteous and professional.
I went to one of your competitors a little while back (a different payday advance company) I promptly returned to Advance America. The customer service is unmatched.

Yes, the interest is high. But thank God you are there. I have always been treated warmly, fairly, kindly, and living paycheck to paycheck I have relied on you to pull me through one crisis after another from illness to car troubles to unexpected moving expenses. I chip away at the debt each month trying to take out a little bit less and pay down the loan - and am just go grateful you will be there when I need you again. (Like today when my cat got sick AND my car broke down - again!)
