What an incredible difficult company to work with!!! I don’t think I’ve ever had a positive experience with this specific location! Computers are down and manager is absolutely rude and unhelpful!! This is why I dislike going there or using this payday loan company!! Good grief!!

Awesome service
I use Advance America on and Off -usually holiday months and for the past 2 years (I believe my tellers name is Brian, could be wrong) I have always enjoyed amazing customer service and user-friendly transactions and forms. Pretty cool the place you go to for money you don’t have treats you nicely!

Only one person working in store and…
Only one person working in store and had to wait for a long time while people in front of me were helped. Also was told I could now pay online with Debit card and I do not see that option available. Customer service once it was my turn was superb as always at that store. Also impressed that Brian remembers my name even though I don’t visit on a regular basis.
