very pleased with the service i get from all your employers

I am happy to be able to take out loans from you. Everyone is nice and friendly

I tried to pay using the same debit card, banking information, personal information I have used for years. For some reason each time the agent entered my debit card number he would get a message that said something to the effect of "system not able to process transactions for this merchant". I called my bank - no problems there. The agent tried several times to process the payment and your system gave error messages. I went to my bank and withdrew cash to make my pymt the day it was due. I called your company and spoke to "Yasenia", who said she would look into the issue and call me back - I never got a call back. Interestingly, when I went to my local AA store to re-do my advance it took my card. I REFUSE to do transactions with you on-line as it takes DAYS for you to update my payment. I did it once using my debit card to make a payment and had to wait at least five business days to get OK to "advance" again. However, when I spoke to your agent, Yasenia, she said that it would process instantly as long as i was not using my checking account. I told her that my debit card IS tied to my checking account. She said it would NOT cause a problem but I had "been there, done that" - thus, as stated above I will not do transactions on line because of the time it takes to get my pymt to you credited and re-open my option to get another advance. Otherwise, I have been satisfied with AA - especially Bill and Jerry at the Cocoa, Fl. store.

Bill was great! He makes the loan process, easy and fast! The installment loans expensive, but it he helps out when you need it.

I have been a customer since before this company became Advance America, and have been very pleased with your customer service. HOWEVER, it is taking way too long to get my on-line payment to be processed so that I may proceed with a new loan. The payment is taken without issue on the day it is due. I should be eligible to get my next loan as soon as it is available but NOT for 5 to 7 days for the transaction to be applied to my account. With lightning fast speed these days I do not understand why you take so long to complete this part of the process. PLEASE IMPROVE THIS! I wanted to take advantage of your on-line loans but have gone back to doing business IN the store so my payment gets credited immediately.

The girls that work at my store are awesome compared to ones in the past. The past was not pleasant when I would go there. Its so refreshing now. Thank you!

Fast, friendly service

Recieved my paperwork on my email but could not print my withdrawal loans and payments back to Advance America so as to be able to report them to the three credit bureaus! Why can't I print them out on my home computer?

I am so happy that Advance America has has automated The Lending process. It makes everything wonderful for the customers. also the employees are knowledgeable of what's available and what can be done. so all in all I would say that Advance America is doing a great job.

You are all great people and you know how to take care of all my needs and i will do my best to keep my end up with you all and tell all my friends about the way help me and god bless
