Disappointing Experience
It was necessary for me to make three trips to your Dearborn, Mi, location. It took upwards of five business days to reflect my on time payment in your records. As a matter of fact, it was still necessary for me to retrieve information on my cellular telephone to prove that the payment had indeed transacted successfully on the third of the month as agreed upon. In this day of rapid communication that is simply unacceptable!
