The woman at the Delray office is quick and efficient and very nice to deal with. However, I much preferred to do the loan online and get the money in my account without having to drive 1/2 hour to an office. For some reason I can no longer finish the application online and get monies in bank via computer. It always says error.

Customer Service is good
Customer Service is good. The e one issue I have is that each Pay day loan should be paid on the 4th Wednesday of the month. I've been reassured numerous times that this is noted in my account. However that doesn't seem to be the case. My new loan should be paid on the 28th of June, since I was notified that the payment would be taken out of my banking account on the 27th. I will NOT Have money to pay because my SS doesn't come until the 4th Wednesday every month. Please kindly fix my account as I've repeatedly requested.
