Candice and Hurricane Katrina are the worst people In America/ Advance America. I went there to get a loan like I always have over the past several years, and Candice and H. Katrina stated to me , because you called Candice a FAT B.....! YOUR NO LONGER WELCOMED HERE! WHAT! CANDICE LEAP / LOUNGED/ AT ME THROUGH THE BULLET PROOF GLASS TRYING TO FIGHT ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK, BECAUSE I COULDN'T RELOAN BECAUSE IT Wasn't the 3rd of November! When I paid off my loan as usual for the last several years. I get paid on the 3 of each month. So when I went in on NOVEMBER 01, 2019 I COULDN'T RELOAN OUT BECAUSE IT WASNT THE 3RD. CANDICE AND H. KATRINA AT THE 8 MILE AND GRATIOT LOCATION ARE THE WORST PEOPLE IN AMERICA, THEY EVEN MADE ME GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION ALL THE WAY TO CONNORS AND GRATIOT. HURRICANE KATRINA AND CANDICE AT 15405 GRATIOT AVE IN DETROIT MI. DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS, JUST THE MONEY. EVEN WHEN THE DISTRICT MANAGER/ CEO CONTACTED ME ABOUT THE INCIDENT DARRELL , HE TOOK UP FOR HIS EMPLOYEES AND TOLD ME TO NOT RETURN TO 15405 GRATIOT , ONLY TO REPAY MY LOAN, AND HE WANTS TO KEEP CANDICE SAFE UNTIL FUTHER NOTICE/ GO TO CONNORS! THIS ADVANCE AMERICA, IS THE WORST AMERICA! ALSO DARRELL, CANDICE, AND H. KATRINA! I CANT BELIEVE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO I GAVE KATRINA/ CANDICE RECOMMENDATION FOR THEM GIVING ME GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Got a financial emergency - Go to Advance America for prompt, efficient service!
I was very pleased with my experience today. An emergency situation had come up and Advance America was my only hope. The young lady who took care of me was "first of all, very pleasant" a people person, just plain nice. She was knowledgeable - she knew what she was doing which made the whole process easy and smooth. I had never been to one of your offices - a family member frequents your office quite often - so I was familiar with what was needed before I got there. I am thankful you were available to help me out. I pray that I will not have to come back. But if I do, I will be comfortable in doing so - not dreading - but remember the easy experience of today. Also, the prices and other necessary information are posted right on the wall in big letters and numbers, so everything is very clear and there is no room for any confusion or underhandedness (I guess that is a word).
