HIDDEN RULE.
Very disturbing to discover when yiu apply for a loan___ online, it is AUTOMATICALLY removed from my bank account, with no options to use the payment-plan!!__ I spoke with 3 different agents, the solution==__ MUST go into a store and take out a new loan??__, A new fee, added?__ when I could've just made payments on previous loan?... Why?__ I was forced to do JUST THAT?__ I think Advance should waive this fee,due to the ridiculous rule of online application? I have been a great customer for years!,

Advance American always on time
To be approve helps a lot. Money be in your account overnight sometimes the same day. You do not have to go in you can do everything on line which is great for me. Only thing would make it better if they could take payments in 2 payments instead of 1

I love the service
I get nothing less than professional service at the 8 mile and Gratiot location. Staff(both women), are courteous, informative and respectfully understanding.
I'd recommend this location to friends and family.
