Advance America has been a godsend! They work with us to make the payment date one that works for us & if we can't pay that day, all we need to do is call and let them know when we are paying. I definitely recommend going to their Newport Ave location as the employees there are courteous, helpful, & always help with a smile. I've already told my friends & family to try them out. They're truly the best!

Everyone that i know who is having financial problems go to your establishment including myself have no issues with the staff but one day when i went i had a bit of an issue with a certain individual that works there which i will not reveal her name. But if you can't deal with the public than why even work in customer service. Well all i want to add is that Linda is the best customer service person that you have.
