Disappointed
I was disappointed with my last experience. My loan was due on Wednesday September 3rd. I always go into the office to pay but this time they withdrew the money from my account on Thursday August 28th. When I asked the lady in the office why that happened, she said that she was on vacation and they had someone from another office filling in.
