When I needed the financial help they were able to help me. Dot Brunk always keeps it easy for me to understand and explain things thoroughly. She's always there to help with any questions and concerns I may have. It was a pleasant experience.

I have been trying 4 2weeks now just to login 2 do what is needed to my account but the email was not correct & now it has 2 b reentered but there is a internal problem that is preventing me from do so,I have been advised that it is being looked into but I am still unable to login. This is more than a disadvantage & until fixed I can't do anything 2 my account.

Without a couple new tires, quick, Old Reliable wouldn't be. Work out of town in the rurals a couple evenings a week in addition to my overnight job where I am the only staff so being late/absent isn't cool. Quantity & Quality hasn't yet been rewarded with enough money so right now I don't know which I feel the most, relief or gratitude but definitely feeling both towards ADVANCE AMERICA right now. Took myself to lunch after honoring my word to repay the emergency loan because their small charge is still a savings on what could have cost me in overdrafts, job loss, physical injury me, the car, and possibly you and yours. They did it all, pleasant atmosphere, convenient location, friendly staff, and fast! I'll take my financial need to them again unless a great paying job drops in my lap... probably win the lottery before that happens. Brake job coming.

Dot is an absolute joy to work with. Very professional and outgoing.
As for the loan process, it is quite easy and convenient. A plus is the fact that I can go online if I choose and make payments.

I think these ladies that work at my local shop are wonderufl. They listen and are so pleasant to see each time I have needed to get some money. They are fast and efficient and above all courteous without making you feel like an annoyance. Thank you for these times which I have NEEDED to get a loan.
