Rita and Jeremy are always very professional and kind.

Workers was very polite and patient. I was having a problem with online re-barrow. She tried teaching me and troubleshooting the issue. Come to find our it was a website problem. So she helped with re-borrowing in person. She was very informative and offered to help next month if we had a problem.

Rita and Jeremy has great customer service

My bank called me to let me know they were voiding my debit card due to a few fraudulent charges… after about two weeks of total confusion, I received a letter in the mail from Advance America notifying me that they leaked my personal information. My social security number and bank information was stolen, my bank account was frozen and all they sent was a “whoops, sorry.” Followed by constant collection calls and emails letting me know my payment didn’t go through (because my bank account was locked due to their incompetence). Rather than correct their massive issue, they charged me the second I was able to resolve the problem they caused.
Thanks for creating massive problems I’m still working to fix, I truly appreciate your complete lack of care for your customers. Keep up the absolute zero effort on taking responsibility for your negligence.

We collected personal information about you when you applied to receive a loan or another financial service from us and/or became an active customer. What Happened

On or around February 7, 2023, we experienced a temporary systems outage affecting our corporate network. Upon becoming aware of the incident, we immediately launched an investigation to better understand the scope and impact of the incident. We also engaged third-party cybersecurity experts to remediate, further investigate what happened, and determine the scope of the incident. Our investigation determined that an unauthorized actor accessed or acquired certain corporate business records on the Company's network. We also reported this incident to law enforcement.

What We Discovered

We conducted a thorough review of these business records to identify the individuals whose information was contained in the records. We recently completed this review and determined that some of your information was included in the records.

What Information Was Involved

The impacted personal information relating to you includes your Social Security number.

In response to this incident, the Company implemented additional security measures to further fortify its network's security measures and protocols and protect customers' information, including leading industry security tools and improved monitoring, enhancing administrative and technical safeguards, and instituting more frequent and rigorous security training. We have no evidence that there is any ongoing threat to our system or network.

It always delights me to see that happy smile of Jeremy's face at the store on E, valley parkway Escondido ca. when I come in to either take a loan out or pay my bill plus I go in Jeremy's store each month to purchase a money order and if there are no other coustomers in the store we have long conversations with each other and I hope that Jeremy never has to leave this store because if he is moved to another location he will be greatly missed by me and a high 5 to you Jeremy......
