Had a great experience at the store in Gardendale Al. The two lady’s that helped me were wonderful, patient and very helpful. I LOVE THESE WOMEN, THEY ARE AMAZING!!!
I use the Advance America in Gardendale, Alabama. The only two ladies I know of is Melissa and Leslie. They are so nice and helpful with understanding. When I go to pay my loan they go above and beyond. I can't stand for very long so they want me to sit so I don't fall down. They bring the paperwork to me on a clipboard to make it easier to sign, I have a horrible problem with essential tremors but they are so patient and understanding. They do take time with me and help me as much as they possiblity can. These actions don't happen every so often, they happen every time I go to handle my loan. I truly love these women, because most people wouldn't go to the extent that they do. Please praise these women and give them more money and promotions, they deserve it and much more than I can say. They are very much appreciated and loved for the way I'm treated. Thank you for being so GREAT and HELPING me even when you're busy!!!
